What are the Main Teachings of Jesus?

Jesus was very determined to bring the right path for his followers. His actions, preaching, relationship with others, parables, death, and resurrection created a world of peace. Let’s look at them one by one below:

Guidance through His Teachings

Jesus taught his followers to be compassionate and kind. He taught them to love their neighbors and feel no difference between each other. When Jesus was asked about the most important commandment, he said, “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself” (Matthew 22:37–39).

He taught his followers to seek God’s will above all and put their trust in Him only. Once you replace all the hate with love and change the anger into kindness, your heart will feel closer to God, and you will feel peaceful.

Guidance through His Actions

He guided his followers through his actions. He showed them how to be selfless and how to sacrifice for others. Once when he was on the Mount, he taught the golden rule: “Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them” (Matthew 7:12). He taught his followers to treat others just in the way that they want to be treated as this can strengthen the relationship with others and can make you happy.

Jesus showed them love and compassion, listened to their concerns, and answered their questions. He guided his followers in every step of the way.

Guidance through His Parables

Jesus guided his followers through his parables. Using these stories, he taught them important lessons about life, faith, and morality. His parables were simple and thorough. They were designed in such a way that his followers could understand the complex concepts of life more easily and effectively.

Guidance through His Death and Resurrection

Another significant way in which the significant leader guided his followers was through his death and resurrection. He portrayed an exceptional example of sacrifice and selflessness by dying on the cross for the sins of humanity. His resurrection is a proof of God’s love and grace. His followers were inspired by his courage and were encouraged to follow in his footsteps.

Conclusion
